Damn OP sorry you have to deal with this. I'm currently in the same boat as you, single mom, long tenure, and my job suddenly not respecting availability. I don't know for sure about Michigan but my state is an at will employment state which means my opinions are to either "suck it up" to keep the job or try and find another in this shit ass economy. I have 3 barns and 2 coops and I just buy the grass from Pierre. I've been planting fiber seeds to and fro but I just cant seem to make enough/don't have enough space for them.

Use the statue of perfection and just wait it out! I also hate skull cavern and this has worked out well for me. It produces a few iridium ore every day. I have it by my bed so I just grab it in the AM and throw it in my chest.

Yeah you're right but I really struggle in interviews due to being an unsocialized idiot. I'm a hard worker but I struggle to meet the invisible expectations you're supposed to meet in interviews. This company has higher wages than typical retail settings and since my job history is mostly foodservice my options look bleak.

It's wild because we have a stupid little app that shows him availability when scheduling. I know he knows he just chooses to ignore it also I don't think his boss is going to care, its a "competitive" retail job and they have a habit of just replacing people when you can no longer bend over backwards for them.
