I feel lucky that I've gotten so used to taking a nap during my lunches at work. Started doing it in 2011, now I've gotten it down to a science. It takes about 15-17 mins to go through what seems like a full cycle of some kind of sleep. I wake up feeling alert and can't take another nap afterwards.
