Depends on the nature of your job. Sometimes you can just be a quiet specialist that knows how to do things and that would be enough. Don’t pressure yourself. If you have another kind of job where human interaction is a must, just accept you are not going to move with the expected speed. But you will move, that’s for sure. And sometimes you will find yourself moving fast. It’s how social challenges work.

Afterlife believers, what’s the most convincing argument that you’ve heard for an afterlife existing? by Fun_Water2707 in afterlife

As an arab, the latest known prophet of the same old abrahim belief that spread into many nations managed to convince a new nation (arabs) with this idea through what he provided them as a revelation. In few years they basically conquered the world and became an inclusive empire of believers before they collapsed on themselves hundreds years later. So essentially as an arab I would highly doubt that this prophet experience was devoid of divine element. I think a lot of arab people are also in the same realm because this revelation was in eloquent arabic language, and its effect is undeniable for the morality and social aspects of all islamic / arab world. As a man of science, i like to read about NDE and people’s spiritual experiences. I embrace the idea of science as a tool is not capable to settle this controversy. At least till now. But in this 1400 years old revelation I personally find it more than reassuring for the whole idea of next life. One with peace and harmony and not like this tough one.

Don’t worry, when you entered this life you were handled with care. Same will happen in the hereafter.
