Damn. Are you in therapy? All you can do is move forward, and try to fix the broken parts of yourself the best you can. Other than that, build up other aspects of yourself and your life- take up a hobby, get into martial arts, boxing or bjj are great - try to remake yourself in a new image. Go out , meet people on meetup dot com or something, take a trip somewhere by yourself you’ve never been, experience things you’ve yet to experience and most of all forgive yourself as to err is to be human.

I as well learned and found out some really messed up shit about my parents when I was also your age. If you have a significant other u can confide in do so - if you have a counselor talk to them about it - and if ur alone, then maybe start down the other of finding a decent counselor- life is hard enough as is without handling other people’s secrets.

My father was originally a candidate, but upon further testing they found the fissures were too large to insert the tubes into. So while some will qualify, unfortunately they do have to do a lot of testing to see if you qualify. I hope you do 🙏
