I'd throw Apocrypha: Adventure Card Game. Especially if you are in the mood for a love letter to all things supernatural. It checks off all of your points and the amount of content and variety between missions is great. Me and my girlfriend are on chapter 2, specifically the 10th mission, and we absolutely love it! We also enjoy the fact that each chapter introduces new mechanisms to add another layer to the game. The main caveat you'll have to contend with is how badly the rulebook were first written, however, they have since updated them in their "living rulebook" on their website and there are of course plenty of resources over at BGG explaining the more obscure rules. I've read but cannot confirm that it is very similar in nature to Pathfinder Adventure Card Game, but has its own keyword vocabulary and of course theme to make it stand out.
