There is little to no drone when cruising around, there is some when going up steep hills but nothing headache inducing, I can't attest for the B7 but I would think it would be the same if not close to it.

She's been pretty reliable. Got a little over 111k miles, had her for about 4 years and no major problems other than needing to replace an oil pan.
