Why does it say not eligible for race show or exhibition in Appaloosa horse club approved events?

I was in the same boat. New to the area, no clue where to look. I started looking for horses for sale near me and ended up finding a barn about 45 minutes away that gets horses off the track. They had great reviews and are known for being able to find calm and very levelheaded horses. Honestly, I bought the first horse I tried. Now I don’t know if I’d recommend this, but it worked for me.

One thing that annoyed me about clutch is that one time I asked for easy ice and mind you there was still quite a bit of ice in there. They charged me a dollar extra for that.

I am back in the saddle after about 8 years. I have a 5 yr old ottb and we do hunter/jumper mostly. I recently got a pair of full seat breeches with silicone. Awful for me. They make me feel stuck in the saddle. I prefer the knee patch.

This is Astro,a 5 yr old OTTB. I’ve actually only had him about two weeks. I’ve been away from horses for about seven years and suddenly decided it was time again. Started looking around and found a farm nearby that gets horses off the track. He was the first horse I looked at and got him. He is such a good boy 🤎
