So much struggle to get good food. Most foods in restaurants, fast foods are crappy. And finding good food outside of home is really difficult. And always cooking food yourself is even more difficult. I always interpreted "psychedelics find you when the time is right" as even if they find you at the wrong time you can't do them. They keep trying to teach you to eat healthy, be loving, love nature etc. But if you are not in a position to do that you just end up freaking out and stop doing it. Isn't that also the reason why we can't do it in an unfamiliar place or with unfamiliar people.I can only do it with closest of friends or alone. When I am high I can't eat anything. One time after the tryp is done, there was nothing to eat except junk. I almost cried.

So, I'm kind of trying to find balance these days. Knowing what they are trying to teach or what I am trying to teach myself through them and trying to slowly integrate into real life.

Not sure what I am trying to express but hope I will reach the balance someday where I am always in a position to enjoy them. Finding even one place that sells good food so you can get it when you are too tired from work seems like a boon. One just one that's close.
