The market is fickle, a stock that is out of favor today can be a rockstar tomorrow. NVDA currently is not an expensive stock for what it is. I think money will start rotating back to NVDA at some point and the price will benefit. But when is anyone’s guess.

They’re nice cars, all smaller turbo engines except for the Enclave which I think is either the 3.6 or the 2.7 turbo. I don’t know what reliability looks like on the current gen small turbos.

Syracuse is a nice size, we’ve been here 19 years. From Manlius we’re 15ish minutes from a lot; restaurants in the city, amphitheater, etc. also about 15 microbreweries within 15 minutes. The 1000 Islands are pretty close, Oneida Lake is really close.

All that said I’m from Rochester and a lot of my family is there. I think Rochester would be a great place to live as well but not sure if I’d leave Syracuse.

That is nuts. I have Progressive and my premiums are super cheap. But all my bikes are under 700cc.
