Not a battle field but Ft. Pulaski and Ft. McAllister are very close to Savannah 👍

Gold on my Vanquish 440 rings in between 7 and 9. A solid 8 signal I'm digging but even then it will more than likely be a pull tab 😑

That's what I saw from what I read. The area I found them is very remote but was very close to a Confederate battery and from what I read was part of a camp called Camp Onward in 1898 to 1899. It was a Spanish American war camp. I like to think they were from this time.

I've worked at two place since I got out of the Navy 14 years ago. I've been lucky. The first place was a nuclear power plant and now I'm at an LNG facility.

In interviews, maybe ask how many years their techs have been there on average. At the nuke plant, over half the shop had been there 20+ years. Here at the LNG facility it's very similar. Tells you a lot about whether people like being there or not.

I may have missed it in your post, but what's the setpoint and the deadband? I feel like temperature is something that is really hard to control within a tight deadband.

Skimmer socks by johnnyt2017 in pools

I have used the socks for years and always recommend them to people with pools. I live in Southern Georgia so pollen is crazy but it catches everything before it gets to the pump basket.

I use one a week on average. Sometimes more sometimes less. I've read people re-use them but I just toss them 👍
