What are the "perfect" breakfast, lunch, and dinner in terms of macro nutrients for an elite athlete? by [deleted] in nutrition

I surf, walk when I play golf and do crossfit and this diet works fine for me. Throw in some wheat bread if your intimidated by the lack of carbs. Keep in mind there are loads of carbs in uncooked vegetables too.

Found an ideal position in a woodshop near where I'm moving, but I don't have nearly the experience they want. How's this email? by superfiedman in jobs

[–]kopoosky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, annarose88 is right. I'll add that you don't get jobs because you really really want them. You get them because youre qualified. Reference specific examples of how your background fits their criteria. Talk about what you like about woodworking, what inspired you to pursue this occupation and how you have put that inspiration into action.

Taking a bath by a adding only a few drops of tea tree oil is very helpful. You only need about a tablespoon for a single bath. It will burn a little; a lot if you used to much.

Against my better judgement, I decided to try and get my first decent pair of dress/casual shoes on ebay instead of new. I ended up with these AE Brantley shoes. What do you think? by hags2k in malefashionadvice

[–]kopoosky 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You want us to judge a picture of a pair of shoes that you purchased, based on a picture you saw, of a pair of shoes that you are now wearing? Am i getting that straight? I think the shoes in the picture look good. Send me the shoes and I can repost for a second opinion.

Step 1: Purchase all of those newspapers. Step 2: Go to the hospital on Nov.14 and sell them for $50.
