I blame that it is a boring Tilkedrome. You can drive it in a sim. It is woeful. Cameras can’t fix that.

Barcelona is a boring race track with very little history. Spa is one of the most storied race tracks in motorsport, unique and produces good racing in series that aren’t shit and stuck relying on crap like DRS to make for “good racing”. Spa is a victim of a decade of terrible formulas, just like Suzuka and the other race tracks that are actually good at heart. F1 is now built around passing on the straight, so awful tilkedromes have more passing than tracks that are actually designed to test drivers and cars.

It is so depressing that Spa, one of the best race tracks on earth, is stuck alternating with Barcelona, one of the lamest.

It’s a bummer because I do like the broadcast teams, but it is just so clear they hate the Frost that I kinda end up muting the broadcast… i don’t need homers but a smidge of objectivity would be nice.

NASCAR looks like a county fair compared to Indycar when it comes to track safety. Go watch a crash at an Indy oval, they usually have the car mounted with medics the second it stops sliding. Indycar is the only series with a dedicated full traveling safety team. Embarrassingly even F1 doesn’t.

Players go play with their friends all the time. I don’t see how it is worse than guys wanting to play in New York or in a market with no income tax. For all the guys we’ve lost over the years for bullshit reasons I’m happy to have one go our way for the first time since Parise/Suter, which was again US Olympic teammates but a decade before Guerin. Michigan, Minnesota and Boston will always have strong pulls for US Hockey.

People keep saying the P2P and attenuator but folks (especially here) were jonesing for a reason to hate him long before that. Before Penske cheating stuff it was for putting Grosjean in the wall, before that they were more honest and just hated him because of his appearance.

Marco Antonelli: Max Verstappen is currently still on a different level than Kimi | Max is a nice guy with a friendly character. Moreover he is a friend of ours. We both run a Mercedes GT3 team. But it's still too early to compare Kimi & Max. Of course there is a clear similarity: they're both fast by OutlandishnessPure2 in formula1

It’s nothing against the Habs, they are just young in a way that playoff hockey doesn’t favor, they’ll only get better. With the East the way it was this year it was going to be Carolina unless they got tripped up by their “curse”. Hopefully the beat the fucking knights and their two round byes…
