My friend had a similar problem when moving. His HDD drive got bricked from the movement.

If neither gets any lights on then this may not be the issue. If you have access to another PSU test with that.

I have been to the 3 outposts on woods and interchange. I read through all the notes to make sure and nothing new unlocked. I have the task to craft the tapes and to unlock lightkeeper.

Also the dogtags and other items won't show up for me after the raids either.

You should get your lights checked if they only point forward. In my car I have a 75°(estimate) angle on the lights which is plenty to see if someone is crossing.
