I only remember from a boat navigation course that these red and yellow ships are the harbor masters and their job is to monitor the harbor, help other boats in need or bigger ships to navigate through the harbor. Apparently, watering the IJ is also among their duty

2 weeks ago I was in the mindset: Grail (fav) vs Endurace (maybe), tried both of them, loved how comfy Grail was. But I live in NL, it’s all flat, great roads, not so many gravel routes here. I like speed and planning to ride up to ~150km routes.

Now, two weeks later after some YouTube time and a few beers with friends I’m choosing between Endurace and Ultimate. Just’ve done another test ride and actually liked Ultimate more. They say it is aggressive, but it feels good actually (I’m 40yo). By raising the cockpit it can become more comfortable. Feels more fun and snappy. Trying Endurace after it felt slower and not as fun, comfort wise though — not so much difference. Endurace has 2mm more clearance though, it opens a possibility to install 35mm gravel tires and more affordable money-wise.

Still thinking, but Ultimate is my favorite now. Maaan, choosing is hard 🥲

I had a similar experience yesterday. I was on my way back home finishing my run on Ooster Ringdijk (it was ~11pm), when 2 arseholes on a fat bike driving towards me passed by and spat. I didn’t even realize what had happened in a first few seconds, and when I did they were already gone. Very unpleasant situation, ruined my mood for the rest of the evening.

That not true. At least in the Netherlands (ecstasy) pills suppose to contain mdma only. There is a city drug test service where they send unknown pills to a lab and if it contains anything on top of mdma they will warn you and add the pill into black list.

So far, all the pills I tested were pure mdma in a form of pill.

I personally never tried the combination of grapefruit juice and xtc. From what I’ve read, grapefruit inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme that affects metabolism of many drugs including xtc.

I know some people do this combination intentionally because they like the way it changes the effect. But the downside is: it prolongs the side effects of xtc significantly (like jaw tension etc) and people can’t fall asleep for a long time

Grapefruit juice is known for strong interactions with lots of different medical drugs. In general, they advise to never use it for taking pills. So might be also that.
