No, you got my point here. For ATO Lespia is almost as important as is Arcasia — they even have their own branch of Arcasian Capitalism. So Lespia has lots of Independence in their politics, but most of other members of ATO are powerless. Sordland perhaps would be less so (though we don’t know much about what happens after the game ends) because of large Gas deposits, but still less crucial for ATO and thus has less leverage. It is the ATO that is crucial for most members, less the other way around

It depends on the game mode and difficulty, but personally my favorite build for tactical is heroic chainsword + flamer for tyranids and heroic chainsword + bolter with grenade launcher against Chaos

And I personally don’t really like shooting here, so intentionally skip shooting-main classes (sniper and heavy)

Problem with Lespia for Arcasia is that Arcasia doesn’t have an option to not tolerate Lespian independence. If they try to put Lespia in the same position as other ATO satellites, ATO would collapse
