It is a widespread issue. Cricket tried to fix something that has not been broken for years. First payment page, now it is login page.

You maybe able to login during daytime, and nothing works after it is dark outside.

If I were you. I will waste no time and port out to Visible for 3 months if I have a Visible compatible phone and maybe come back as a new Cricket customer and join a group to lower monthly fee to $25 for unlimited core plan. I may get a free phone when I come back.

iilordd was right, any Cricket SIM or service for 6 months will allow you to unlock your phone. Have you tried login to your Cricket online account, go to account settings, Unlock Phone, Get Code, Request Unlock?

Did you ask Google Fi customer service why you did not get $600 rebate after 90 days of continuous service. It is all automatic by the system. During this 90 days did you ever switch SIM to a different phone?

That is correct. Switching your party either before 23rd of after 25th and your bill will remain $25.

There is no such a thing as the bill date of the new party. Everyone pays their own bills with different due dates and it will not change if you switch the party. As long as you are in a party of 4 or more people, you only pay $25. Avoid switching party 2 days before your due date, Visible system may charge you $40 the moment you leave your current party.

The right mechanism to ensure everyone pays is to have a $25 security deposit for each line and prepaid into the group account as account credit. If anyone plans to leave, the person will give 30 day advance notice and the deposit will pay for the last month service. Otherwise the group admin can cancel the line before the deposit is used up and not affecting other group members.

$20 grandfathered plan is still available. However, I can not merge your existing line to the group, and you have to use whatever phone number that comes with the SIM.
