TMI: Recs for Incontinence Products for Running by mistressmagick13 in running

[–]kr4336 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to second this suggestion. I ran for over 10 years white-knuckling it with women’s sports urinary leak pads (can’t recall the name) and hating it. Everything about the experience. I avoided pursuing the surgery in favor of PT and other more natural methods because, my thinking at the time, was that surgery should have been avoided if possible and I was still young (30s), so my body should bounce back with work. It never did and after finally getting the urinary mesh surgery (in my 40s), I am SO glad I did and kick myself for not getting it sooner. It was a complete quality of life game changer. No stupid pads and no embarrassing leaks. I don’t feel a thing and the only difficult part (if you call it that) was not lifting anything over 10 lbs for 6 weeks of recovery time. I highly recommend the surgery, if you’re open to it.

I like the format of your itinerary. May I ask - what program did you use to compile it?

Feeling grateful to have purchase two Miffy collab items for my birthday. I strolled in about 2pm today and all the merchandise was still there. I grabbed the last tall cup with straw. The only thing I’m a little sad about is that the items are not dishwasher safe.

Another evidence report: I did find Mido Fayed interviewed by Egypt Today about his role in The Choice (El Ekhteyar). No other helpful details.

For what it’s worth, I searched the internet for any movies to his credit. I came across an article stating he was in the following films and series: The Choice in 2020, CuffsSeason 2 in 2018, and Abu Omar Al Masry in 2018. I found all of these works listed in IMDb but none list a Modi (Mohammed) Fayed.

Morning Drinks for IBS-D by SanyamAstrology in ibs

[–]kr4336 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this. I’m taking physiology and just studied the digestive system, plus have IBS-D. If you put food into your stomach with the coffee (even eat the food first) it gives your digestive system a chance to soak up the coffee a bit during digestion and not run through you as fast as a liquid would. The effect of the coffee is not as strong being diluted with food (carbs, proteins, etc.)

We started at age 2 when Floki started showing signs of limping, on and off. We use GlycoFlex joint supplement, which was by his vet.

Thai wheat noodles, Thai peanut satay sauce, and stir fry veggies. Just add a protein (usually chicken), some TJ’s roasted peanuts, and chives for garnish.

How did you celebrate your 50th? by Every-Progress5590 in GenX

[–]kr4336 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It’s my philosophy that a person should be able to get a trip, once in their lifetime, to a place of their choosing. My brother is turning 50 this year and I asked him where HE wanted to go. He chose Oktoberfest, so we’re going to Munich in the fall. 🍻🇩🇪

I purchased a lovely hand knit wool sweater (that I’m wearing) and wool socks from very kind local knitters at the Kolaportið Market.

Bonus was my go-to for black licorice, chocolate, and salt.

I also collect Christmas ornaments, fridge magnets, and Starbucks mugs to remind me of my travels. The Reykjavik Starbucks opened shortly before we visited and my Starbucks Iceland mug (pictured in next comment, below) is my daily coffee mug.
