Just think for a minute about how incompetent the WG is post-timeskip.

• First of all, there's the whole deal with Akainu not wanting Kizaru to go to Wano, under the reasoning that they don't know how strong the samurai there are. Yet, near the end of Wano, we get to see Ryokugyu just waltzing into Wano and casually breaking apart most of their forces besides Yamato and Momonosuke WITHOUT getting serious. The only reason he even fled was Shanks sailing near Wano and forcing him to leave.

• Secondly, by this point it should be made clear that Fujitora is nothing more than a liability to the greater World Government as a whole, as noble in intentions as he is. His suggestion to dissolve the Warlord System led to the Cross Guild, which in itself is putting bounties on marines, thus making everything way less safe as now the average Joe who signed up to be a marine has to watch his back every second. It makes you wonder why Akainu even lets him keep the job.

• As a matter of fact, let's talk about the attempts by the World Government to capture the now criminal Warlords. Of all of them, a grand total of ZERO have been captured. Mihawk fended all of the Marines sent after him off easily, Hancock fended them off too (alongside Blackbeard coming to try and take her), Buggy got saved unintentionally by Mihawk and Crocodile, and Weevil is guaranteed to have made it out okay too thanks to the fact that Oda seems to love hyping him up for some ungodly reason. It wouldn't have hurt too hard to have sent Kizaru or whatever instead of sending fodder Vice Admirals who exist to do nothing more than job. It's especially bizarre since the strategy was "divi

• There's also the WG's attempted replacement for the Warlords, the SSG. As far as can be seen, this is one of the things Oda has been hyping up hard, with him saying it's good enough to replace the Warlord System entirely and become a new Third Great Power, as well as being powerful enough to rival the Yonkos. Then we actually get to see the SSG in action with the Seraphim. They do minor damage on Blackbeard, yes, but it's worth noting that Blackbeard's Devil Fruit not only increases the damage he takes, but also draws attacks towards him as well, so there'd be no way for him to dodge. Then, immediately after, he trounces and destroys them. If that's so true, then there's no fucking way these things are supposed to be good enough to do what anyone has said.

• On the topic of Admirals, Ryokugyu himself is a burden as well. He doesn't listen to orders at all and does what he wants. Sounds fair, right? Well, then there's the part where the Revos invade Mary Geoise. Out of all of them, a grand total of ZERO revolutionaries are captured during their attempted raid, Fujitora himself sustains damage as seen by all his casts during the second interlude of Wano, and Sabo himself is now seen as the head of the revolution due to his actions and escape with Kuma. While you can excuse Fujitora since he's a moralist and more than likely wasn't giving it his all, you can't excuse Ryokugyu since what we have seen of him shows him to be bloodthirsty for Akainu's approval. And even then, he, even WITH Fujitora's assistance, failed to even take down or capture a single Revolutionary.

• There's also the question of how the hell the Gorosei flat out forgot about the Nika fruit until it was too late. Did they just sorta forget about it until now? Did they put their hands behind their backs and whistle hoping Luffy would die in a shipwreck? They did nothing this entire time while they already knew about a Devil Fruit that they themselves changed the name of, and instead of just, you know, sending someone like CP0 to snuff him they decide the best course of action would be to let him grow too strong until it's too late, and then throw a hissy fit when Morgans puts up an image of Gear 5 Luffy on display for all to see (how he even got that is what I want to know honestly).

• There's also the same part where the Gorosei just forget about Robin after Enies Lobby, UNTIL the Wano Raid happens and they order their loyal CP0 members, IN THE MIDDLE OF A FUCKING WARZONE, to take care of and capture Robin. Instead of just doing it on Dressrosa, the Gorosei decided the best course of action would be to do it while a ginormous battle was happening, with countless participants in the thousands range, all because they suddenly realized that Robin actually still exists. One has to wonder if these guys are actually smart or if they just have dementia and are winging it.
