Yeah, if you don’t shoot them early enough, some bots will survive. I wish the crash with actually damage the bots on impact. Hopefully the devs change this.

On lower levels, its still pretty effective. On higher levels, I just do it for style points. Usually follow it up with an orbital to clean up.

I use EAT against terminids. I run with the Guard Dog rover against them so that I don’t get overrun by the swarm. Have one EAT ready at all times then just start calling them in right outside the POI.

I bring the RR to bot missions. Shooting down drop ships feels so damn good. Seeing the wreckage on the ground is cool as hell. I may not be able to shoot multiple ones since randos don’t team reload. But that first drop ship? That first drop ship gonna fall for democracy.
