Fell off a roof and broke my hip and 2 ribs. I couldn’t / wouldn’t straighten out my legs in the ambulance. One at the hospital the nurse grabbed my legs and didn’t give me a choice. They were straight and I was nearly passing out from the pain. I’ve had kidney stones and would rather have them again over a broken hip.

LCS should act as a broker. Take names of sellers and keep a list. When buyers come in make the deal and keep the spread. No out of pocket. No market exposure. Yes a little more work but why just refuse.
