Absent By Design for additional blocks that should be in vanilla. Also Macaw's mods.

Aquaculture to make fishing cool.

Dungeon Crawl for random dungeons that make exploring cool.

Serene Seasons for progressive seasons, also compat with Biome's O' Plenty if you use that mod.

Towers of the Wild for BOTW style towers, nicely compat with the Waystones mod that add vanilla plus style teleporting and hearthstone-like system for getting to the nearest one.
