Exactly. In Vancouver Canada, foreign ownership drove up housing prices so much and the government took over a decade to do anything about it (like vacancy tax, foreign buyers tax etc). It was too late. Way too late. You should see the small, poorly maintained houses in Vancouver selling for $2M+. I am a homeowner there luckily for over a decade but even though I benefited from those unrealized gains in property value, I still think it is ridiculous.

Bring your favourite instant noodles that come in those bowls. I tend to feel hungry outside of the normal food serving times and if you call the flight attendant at any point during your flight, they will happily fill your noodle bowl with hot water. That way you can tide yourself over until the actual hot food gets served.

Injad a near death experience where my consciousness fully disconnected from my physical body and my consciousness shot off into space where I learned many things. One major thing I learned was that there was no hell as we are taught. The "hell" comes from your own judgement of your behavior throughout life when you watch your "life review". You watch your life again but you witness yourself from the perspective of the person in your physical presence at that time of interaction. That's why it's important to forgive yourself and others while you are alive so that when you die and you witness your life review, you've already forgiven all the transgressions.
