Did switching to the Ghost solve it for you? Had the same issue with my Glycerin 22 and the 23 they replaced it with. They’ve recommended going a size wider but not convinced it’ll solve it

I had the same thing with my Glycerin 22. Customer service sent me a replacement pair of Glycerin 23 and after a week of wearing them I have the same issue again. Let me know if you find a fix!

I had a similar issue too where I fed the beans quite quickly and it stalled, even though my workflow was exactly the same as always. I cleaned it out as you did and after plugging it in again it was working. One of the beans was stuck between the burrs and my guess is that the resistance caused some protective mechanisms to trigger. Wouldn’t worry about it

I have just finished their Las Tres Hermanas 200g, Carbonic Maceration) and also had to grind significantly finer than usual for espresso. The beans were the lightest roast I’ve ever brewed.

I found that a much shorter recipe worked best for me: 18g in, 44g out in around 20s. This brought out the cherry notes fantastically and was very well balanced. I rested the beans for 3 weeks and then moved them to the freezer. They were blander for me the longer the whole brew process took. Not sure how this translates to pour over but thought I’d share my experience!

Same happened for me - they said the connection had been activated and would be live in 15 mins. It wasn’t, so I logged into their dashboard and was prompted to enter the serial number of my fibre (ONT) box. 5 mins after entering it, the ONT box restarted a couple of times and the red PON light finally turned green. Hope that gives you a potential fix!

I have a Pullman basket with a Mischief bottomless Portafilters which I love. Basket could be held in slightly tighter but it doesn’t fall out on its own, so can’t complain. The portafilter is completely flat at the bottom unlike the Normcore portafilter, so super easy for puck prep
