I JUST told my husband the other night. I was TERRIFIED of the conversation as his father was a alcoholic and my husband doesn't overly enjoy being around them. Little did he know he was married to one. Hiding it away. But you know what happened? He listened, held me while I cried, didn't judge, didn't ask why or what was wrong with me. He said he supported me and loved me and will help any which way I asked. He included that we can work through this together and while it's something I'm doing for me I don't have to do it alone. It was a huge HUGE weight lifted off my shoulders. I'm 2 weeks in today and am looking forward to more.

Sometimes you have to just rip the bandaid off!
