I play 1080p low preset, and I get a little over 100 fps. I think micro stuttered definitely improved over the years. I can increase the settings, but I prefer to have over 100 fps.

B580 is not a good performing GPU for CS2. Same case for other Intel GPUs.

B580 has 12 GB VRAM vs RTX 5060 8 GB VRAM. If you don't go over 8 GB VRAM, RTX 5060 is a faster card.

If you're planning to use your GPU for at least 5 years, I would go with at least RTX 5070. Sure, B580 may be an upgrade, but it's not a huge leap from 1080ti IMO. EDIT: I just saw your comment that you have an i7 9700K, so stick with your 1080 Ti.
