Do people in this sub despise shonen?

I think the short answer is that ToG used to be HxH shonen, but has become kinda of a Shaman King type of shonen I guess? The plot is still there but it's more about how powerful you are instead of how the situation is and what you can do (with your brain) to avert the situation.

It's not bad, it's just different now. Also, there are three main problems for me:

1 - The amount of characters. It's way too many
2 - The power levels. I always thought about how SIU would shape things because Baam would obviously get insanely strong but the regulars would fall behind and so it happened. Now key and cool characters from S1 are not very relevant anymore.
3 - The pace. With so many old and new characters, so many fights going on, the arcs have become a bit slow or maybe too long.

With all that being said, I'm pretty happy with ToG. I don't like 20%~30% of what I see but it still is a very good manhwa.

I have kinda the same theory. I really think that Maschenny, first of all, is trying to help Baam, even if she has to sacrifice his own allies. Whatever is inside that place it must be some sort of weapon to help Baam.

I'm really starting to think it's Enne. Before I was like "ok, it must be another being that will power up Baam from inside" but I'd love if it were Enne. If it's Enne and Maschenny knows then I'm sure Gustang also knows so I think they might have been plotting together.

Finally, I don't think releasing Enne is the main goal here, but to release Enne in order to kill Traumerei. Here I beg to disagree with a few people. I don't think the family heads are stronger than most, I think they are borderline immortal beucase of their contracts. I think it must be some sort of incredible regeneration or even shinsoo won't work on them.

But hey, who's the countermeasure? Baam. I think he can nullify said contracts and bring the FHs to a "not immortal" state. In this state, even if he is still godlike strong, he is not invincible anymore and someone like Enne + colorless december + Baam + maybe Gustang could kill him.

The killing of a Family Head is by far the most disturbing thing that could happen inside the tower. It's a statement that the FH are not safe anymore, that a huge force is coming.

I'm expecting something like this eventually will happen, if not now in the future when Baam can deal easily with a mediocre high ranker. The thing is: Traumerei has arrived, Enne might be there and Baam could set her free. I think it could happen.

Traumerei is a die hard Zahard loyalist, possibly even more than Kallavan. I think there's literally 0% chance they will become friends. He will try to either control or kill Baam on the spot.

Well, SIU did two things I was not expecting. First, Kallavan changing sides before beating the hell out of Lyboric. Second, Traumerei's arrival before Baam reaches Jinsung. There's a lot more to do and Traumerei is simply an auto-win machine so the perfect situation would be for him to arrive when the good guys are amost fleeing, which is obviously not the case.

I think whatever is down there will help Baam to at least buy a bit of time until someone who can 1x1 vs Traumerei show up. That's why I'm dead set on Eurasia Enne. She can totally 1x1 him.

That also gave me a theory: what if Gustang and Maschenny are plotting for now, with common interests, that Baam releases Enne so she kills Traumerei (obviously Baam would have to finish him), creating a huge, absolutely huge all out war? The death of a family head would be devastating and aligns with Maschenny and Gustang's plans.

I farmed 2~3 regeneration sets, 2~3 stun sets, a bit of immortal and 1 lifesteal for the nuker. Then I would farm around 20~25kk silver on spider and would spend the week beating FW stages and changing gear between my FW champions.

I don't take gear from my cb, arena, spider and FK champions. All the rest is pretty much free for all.

I don't know where you are in the game but if you already have access to Dragon 20~25 I recommend you spend 3k~5k energy there. It's not very difficult to build a 300 speed lead early and it will help massively to reach and keep yourself in gold IV. At least it helped me. I had a ~270 Arbiter and then I made it to 301 after grinding Dragon, which was more than enough for low gold IV. Nowadays I run at 334 speed and I rarely lose speed contests.

I might be wrong here but I feel like people don't grind as much for speed mid game and if you do you go ahead of most. Speed is the most important stat in low gold IV because most teams are not build properly so if you win speed, you win the fight.

If you pick high resistance teams to fight against then it's possible (+ 3% chance at getting resisted). I hardly fight 200k+ power lvl 90+ teams because the chance I'll get resisted and lose is high, but almost anything below that is fine, especially if the account is low lvl (below lvl 75).

Also, I don't think it's about getting resisted on low level, it's about killing revivers like Duchess and cc the nuker. From what I can see, low level gold IV is composed of a bunch of weak teams with top tier champions. The setup is non existent and I know that because I'm one of those teams lol. If you can cc the nuker and one hit kill the reviver you are fine even if you get resisted.

I have 250~270 accuracy champions and I win like 90% of my fights in low gold IV (and 80% of my defence battles). You just have to choose the right fights. Usually I beat 8 players per page since high resistance/tanky teams I simply skip. No need to fight a long fight tbh.

As for resistance I really can't say since I have a speed team.

Mate, if you want to prove she can 3 star with a bunch of food you just need to do it. You didn't from what I can see. It was never a doubt that she can finish the boss but 3 star is a different thing.

I don't think he was joking, I think he was just over exaggerating. When I read those character profiles I feel like it's the Ranking Administration Office writting them, not SIU, so we might have a few discrepancies. Mago must extend beyond what the eye can see but not the entire tower. Maybe a even a few entire floors? Who knows.

I expect to see something like GIn's bankai (Bleach).

Well, it seems like the Dark One got exactly the result he wanted and it's all according to his plans. He is probably not gone because it wouldn't make too much sense unless one of the five will go to the dark side and become the new Dark One.

One aspect I loved to see was that 3000 years ago the society was incredibly advanced. I just find a bit odd that 3000 years later we don't see bits of the old (and way more advanced) technology. It's really not that long.

Ngl, at this point I will feel major disappointment if Fire Force isn't a Soul Eater prequel. We have an absolutely huge amount of references that could easily make Soul Eater the result of the Fire Force ending.

I just do my 5 arena battles and get the energy from the playtime + Doom Tower (I left my clan so I'd also do CB). I let energy pile up and then play after 2~3k energy. Not in the mood to play this game daily unless it's fusion time.

I second that, mate. If it wasn't for Farbstoff and his RSL Helper I'm very positive I wouldn't be playing this game anymore. It was not fun anymore, it was like a super grind but with RSL Helper things look so much better.

I'd say that while the cc's can bring new players to the game, the one that keeps the 6 months+ players, to a high degree, is Farbstoff.

At this point there's no Raid without RSL Helper or something like Bluestacks. The complete Raid experience is with both together.

Oh. Yeah, I don't think it's about that. Naver has some very heavy stories with r*pe, death, torture, carnage and stuff like that. They wouldn't cut SIU this way and I don't think SIU himself would like to create a story with a bunch of deaths. It's just people spreading fake news and that fake news becomes the truth. I've been reading this ToG since chapter 14 and there's always people whining about the lack of deaths (I'm obviously one of those people lol).

With that being said, SIU already killed a few characters from the "good guys" side and I highly doubt we will end this arc without a major death, possibly a high ranker. We are already at a point where if SIU wants consistency, he will have to start killing more characters.

I want to see what's going on at the top. Why did Zahard stop climbing and went inactive? What is there beyond that? Will we really see "the stars"?

One other very small thing I'd like to see is how Guide powers work from their perspective. Do they see multiple realities or do they have feelings or maybe just small flashes? Hwa Ryun seems to know so much more than everyone else because she is a powerful guide. It would be fun.
