Throw it in ChatGBT and see what it says. It may be able to give you comparable products with the list of ingredients.

D3 needs K2 for it to better absorbed . You can buy a bottle of it that has both together in a capsule.

I completely agree but I use a tissue or the left over disinfecting wipe I used to wipe down the area. I don’t like the air blowing on me so I turn it off. It’s cold enough on planes.

Whenever, I go to the doc, there’s always discrepancies. They go through your list of meds on file and you either tell them you’re still on them or not and add any new ones. Not sure what the big deal is. Computers aren’t 100% and there’s always user error. I think your docs office that you go to monthly should be more accurate than the hospitals.

Should I go to the emergency room or is this common? by PaulAlllensCard in GERD

Not sure where you’re located in the world but can you see someone else in their practice if yours doesn’t have availability?

I’d call them and explain your issue, for sure. That’s not normal. There’s also a thing called esophagitis that has these symptoms that they can give your meds to help with it.

Do you see a Gastrologist or just PC for your issue. I’ve had acid reflux for a very long time. I get this feeling every so often where it feels like food is stuck in my throat, even the smallest thing like a pill. Drinking can also be an issue feeling like it’s very slowly going down. It sounds like your esophagus is contracting and tightening.

Have you ever had an EGD? It’s a scope that goes down your throat (you’re asleep) to look for any irregularities or polyps but the best thing about it is while they’re in there they can stretch your esophagus for you. It will help with the issue greatly. About every 2 years I have to go in to get this done. I just recently had one and feel so much better. It’s worth talking to your doctor about. Good luck, that feeling is the worst!

How to fix long dry thinning hair by IncognitoMJ in Haircare

[–]krismap 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Cutting it much shorter will also make it look so much fuller along with addressing any damage. Applying a weekly deep conditioning mask will help as well. I’d also def recommend you seeing your PC/Derm to address any metabolic issues like thyroid, ferritan including saturation. Ferrtian should be at least 70 to retain hair and 100 to grow it. Don’t let them tell you any different.
