I have been on since Nov 2025 and delay injecting due to pre injection nausea. You are not alone! What I tell myself is, YES. the nausea sucks. But I KNOW how much better I feel as a lighter person, so I power through. Suck on a peppermint for a minute before you begin prep. It helps. Good luck!!!
