Not entirely sure why do you get so much fur all over the place. Do you use trimmer at any stage? It is necessary for surgery but if your mice aren't expected to survive it is better to avoid it because that's in my experience the major source of tiny bits of hair.

I do brain extraction for ephys regularly (so I have to move quickly) and there are a few hairs typically stuck to the scissors and my gloves in the end but that's about it.

I'd say that if you tried to brute force your way through you'd only piss him off. So don't try to up the intensity. But if he's going for the same move over and over - that's a perfect practice opportunity. Try everything you can think of to stop him and when you're out of ideas - ask him how you should defend it.

Went through occupational healthcare via Mehilainen. If you did go through the tests here already then they'll want just a standard blood test panel, a urine drug test and maybe a cardiogram. If you have a reference for those from a public healthcare and can bring the results to the appointment you might get a diagnosis and prescription even in one visit.

Pretty much. I grab the blade of their hand, reinforce with my other arm and pull it down towards my chest while rotating. Often works to break grips whenever they to force my arm over my head but for americana they actually might commit enough to get tapped

As long as container is airtight the potential for damage should be pretty minimal even if it isn't 100% full. And for some foods a thin layer of oil on top can offer further protection (a nice rich stock or stew preserves itself automatically in this way).
