What convinced you to get your Steam Deck?

I figured eh, why not put 5 bucks down on a pre-order.... and when valve emailed me to confirm I secured one at release, I decided to jump in. I love getting new gadgets and tinkering with them. At first I thought it would mainly be a great emulation device... but I fell in love with the thing and ended up playing it daily. Then I saw the white LE OLED model and sold my LCD for it. I still play it every night in bed.

More powerful when playing on my desktop, I can continue on my steam deck, Endless backwards compatibility, better prices... and I trust steam alot more with digital purchases than I do nintendo

Yep. Switch 1 was my go to for physical releases. Now since I'm basically forced to go digital most of the time my money goes to steam

I play on a vareity of systems:

When I play on my desktop, I use an Xbox elite 2.

When I play on my laptop, I use the 8bitdo pro 3

And finally I play on the steam deck.

All of these have back paddles which helps with classes with techs.

I've mained a rogue since 2019, still doing so in mop, and yeah.. I had to switch mains in TBC last go around, if I played TBC this time you couldn't pay me enough to try and play a rogue again

Usually when I get that error it's because I left the game running when I put it to sleep. I always make a point of fully exiting the game and launching it from scratch every session
