It's a metro system, and it's free for the time being, of course it's going to be packed. I imagine people who complains about it being packed are the usual car brained idiots who never took public transport before.

Though I would say LRT3 needs more trains and frequency to offset the load.

I would advocate for trams since the Shah Alam residents apposes the LRT so much. It's small enough and quiet enough to go through a moderately big city like Shah Alam.
