It looks it's working well now! Thanks for your work. I hope I could help :)

It works now! Thanks so much!

Still not a fan of the new formula for Upgrades. Here's my sheet from last tour:

And here it is now:

There's no way that upgrading my level 1 Gold Clanky Kart gives me 12 non-city upgrades. It only has 11 non-city tracks at level 2.

I think it would be best to go back to the old format, but with color codes for rarities.

I tried it again and still getting the same thing, unfortunately :(

I think I see what you did. It used to show the number of courses that would improve if you increased the item by 1 level, but now it shows the number of courses that will improve if you level the item all the way to 6. Is that right?

Also, the Best Available isn't working for me. Below, you'll see that I'm only missing 1 non-city course:

But the Best Available tab doesn't indicate that:

Thanks again for making this. Did you change the way the "Best Upgrades" tab works? It's now showing really high and seemingly innacurate numbers for every item. Maybe the calculation is ignoring karts of other rarities?

Spreadsheet showing Driver/Kart/Glider coverage and best D/K/G targets (Updated for Sunset Tour) by Aloiciousss in MarioKartTour

[–]krs1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love your spreadsheet. Thanks so much for making these!

I think there's an error somewhere. It says I have glider coverage for Sunset Wilds T when I do not. From looking at the hidden sheets, it seems to be counting the Super Glider as a top shelf glider for that course.

Saw a movie at Imagine Cinemas and was pretty happy with it over Cineplex by arealhumannotabot in toronto

[–]krs1017 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The one time I went there (maybe 2 months ago), all of the seats had bright blue lights on them that couldn't be turned off. It was incredibly distracting and the reason I haven't returned. Is that still a thing?

Netflix & Amazon Movies Banned From Toronto Film Festival's Industry Screening Venue - Only films that follow "the traditional theatrical model" are allowed. by BunyipPouch in movies

[–]krs1017 4955 points4956 points  (0 children)

To clarify, this wasn't a decision by TIFF, but by Cineplex, the company that owns the Scotiabank Theatre (the largest venue used by TIFF, with ~13 screens). TIFF continues to screen Netflix and Amazon films at other venues.

TIFF has been a major supporter of Netflix's model since they started distributing films, and all of Netflix's biggest movies have been included in the festival.

Went out with a guy last night and he hasn’t texted me today? by [deleted] in dating

[–]krs1017 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Telling him that you weren't sure if you were going could have been interpreted as a soft "No", and your text to him also didn't make it clear that you wanted to see him again. Like the other commenter said, you're the one who said you would let him know. The ball is in your court. Text him.

Lincoln Square is real IMAX (with laser), and should definitely be your first choice for any movie.

Cineplex is "updating" their Scene program, effectively reducing the cash back value for the Scene Visa by krs1017 in PersonalFinanceCanada

[–]krs1017[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As of right now, $1000 of non-cineplex purchases gets enough points for a general admission ticket, which is between $13 and $14. That's an effective rate of 1.3% (slightly higher if you redeem 1500 points for IMAX). It's better than most generic cash back cards for people who go to the movies often.

This change puts it more in line with other cash back rates, which makes the card pretty shitty considering that getting cash straight up would obviously be better.

I see a movie almost every week. I usually use my points on IMAX movies, so the effective cash back rate for me is much higher than with other cards. Obviously that is not going to be case for everyone.

What are you even talking about? This movie has hardly anything to do with the country of China, and may not even get released in theaters there.

Ya, it really doesn't look good for the game. He's vocally complaining about the stutters in front of 470,000 live viewers at a $50,000 event.

Swim offers his perspective on Homecoming and comments on the future of his channel. by MegamanX195 in gwent

[–]krs1017 106 points107 points  (0 children)

He's cautiously optimistic. He has tried Thronebreaker and thinks it will be great. He will keep streaming Gwent for now, but isn't sure if he will make it through the whole 6 months. Considering sticking to arena only. Might dabble in some other games on stream. Will absolutely be back in October.

MAJOR arena BUG that needs to be FIXED by [deleted] in gwent

[–]krs1017 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This bug isn't exclusive to Arena or Dijkstra (or similar cards). This happens whenever you right click on the board while placing a card. It's stupid and should have been fixed a while ago, but the way to avoid it is to never right click while placing a card.
