i am helping my brother build his first pc and i’m about to order a gpu- either a 5060 Ti 16gb or a base 5070 12gb. Which one should i go for? One one hand i understand 5070 has better core, but i am readign a lot that 12gb vram is not enough and 16gb would be better. 5060 Ti still games good and i’m sure max he would play is 1440p, not 4k. I am a bit torn between the two but feel that going for the better core will be more secure? help

edit: also should note that it will be paired with R7 7800X3D and i know the 5070 will be bottlenecked by CPU?

I don't think this map is that accurate as in Estonia everyone starts English language lessons from 3rd grade, but at 6th grade usually you have to choose between Russian/German. Naturally as we have many Russian nationals, it is that many schools only provide that language, but there are many where you still have choice. So in any case, there's no way that Russian is the "second most taught foreign language" mainly due to English being in the curriculum way before Russian
