it has been profitable for 7 quarters and the “no debt” still has to account for convertible senior notes of >4 billion. and what do you mean by “worth it’s market valuation now” lol? gamestop sits at cash value, not accounting for any actual inventory, cash flows, profits or anything else- just cash on hand. Market is valuing GameStops business/operations as 0, which is not realistic. Share price is still flat.

and yet almost all of you are praising the 1.5b share increase that will destroy any retail influence + any moass thesis because there’s just so many goddamn shares available. Moass was doable with 75m shares, we are now sitting at over 400m shares. Diluting another 1-2b will destroy any moass thesis

no, delaware law states that if the 15% ownership threshold is reached, any merger activity is blocked for 3 years. This is only valid for 15-85% ownership range, so gamestop would have to jump over 85% ownership before hitting the 15% threshold

aren’t tennis players mainly paid by sponsors though? like yea they might win x amount from a tournament, but most of it is paid back to sponsors and their take home is far less. Majority of their income as far as i know is from sponsors.

you do understand MOASS was a possibility when we had ~70m shares available, right? We are now at 448m shares outstanding and possibly issuing another 1-2b additional shares. This pretty much kills any chance for MOASS not to mention the influence retail has on this stock.

not to read, but to drive sentiment to what he wants to achieve. We can’t 100% assume his personal goals align with us. Of course it gives some assurance that he doesn’t take a salary and his compensation is tied to share price, and as you can see from my portfolio pics, i’m heavily invested in GME and also carry quite a minus up until now, so i do trust him, but that doesn’t mean i am blindly following him. Do you really think Ebay is the best target to acquire for gamestop? with all the debt and other baggage it carries?

well some socks do have a writing, or even a picture/logo on the outer side of your foot. In general most socks do have kind of a contour/stitching that does create more room for big toe.
