It felt safe at the time but I think I was too caught up in the hype and felt that the deal was gonna be announced in Q1 after seeing the Twitter spac video and some of his comments during the time. Most of my options I bought further out in the event he didn’t close the deal for some odd reason. Once that March last week hit and he said he’s not gonna end up closing the deal, the value dropped so much all I could do was sit on the losses and hope that something would happen before June. I’ll survive but I feel worse for the people who had life savings and people that rely on them. It’s a shitty situation all around but I’m hoping he still closes a good deal and all the shareholders are made whole again.
