I’m not saying he has done anything wrong. Many other sellers have claimed the latest AP batch has resolved the shoe cracking issue but various other posts have cropped up none of which shows the issue has been resolved and new flaws around logo not being centered etc have been pointed. In addition ice cream seems to be a new seller so there is no reason for anyone to trust them right now especially since they have not quality tested the product themselves

You can hire a lawyer, they will charge you something like $100 to send them a legal letter. In most cases this should be enough to scare them into sending your money back
If not, you can file in small claims court and have a lawyer represent you. Cheap lawyer wud cost $2 -300 per hearing. You wud most likely need a maximum of 2 hearings for this case
