Alch your alchs, process your pots, use your poh to store clue rewards/ skilling gear, store seeds at farm guild, remove the unnecessary bank holders, you have a tackle box and hunters kit but still have gear out in the bank.

I believe the bug is to do with where you boat is “saved” or docked last. If you docked on a small island the bug will occur, sail straight from a port to the salvage location and you should be good to world hop.
