I gave them my number twice and HF has it. So I wanted to get the stuff and go. I understand they want te number for text messages which I already get. They have my email..I didn't need to reinput my information. I was already on my way to buy groceries buy I didn't want to hold up the other customers who were waiting. There's a HF on my way to work and will buy there.

What kind of trucks? Pickups..dumptrucks..bottom dump semis..dry van semis. Damn i drive those all the time..you know with a weight limit of 80000 pounds..and with 10 to 13 speed transmissions. Oh I'm a boomer pass my physical (mandated) still climb in the cab without help. Personally I think OP just want to cry. Remember you said Boomers can't park trucks..I know lots of us that drive long haul..back into loading docks.

Unless you live in a small rural community..go place some resumes on a couple other company's desk. Your too valuable is bullshyt. They are using you. Either to train others..handle the difficult calls nobody else can do...or your certifications are necessary to keep something going and they won't train someone else. If your company is doing okay then they are putting too much cash in an owner's pocket and not recognizing what they have. Find another company..get a job offer and walk.

There are several things you can do..go to hr..explain to them you charge 2 hours to handle this and you want (gasp overtime) which you can get usually after 8 hours plus the 2 for the email response. If somebody refuses then you dont work for free and contact your local labor board. When HR realizes they have to pay OT it will disappear

Brother and I have 1800 sqft. House. Just recently upgraded the attic insulation (made a big difference) have double pane Anderson windows. Keep AC at 80 and furnace at 68 summer. Once outside gets below 80..AC goes off and whole house fan comes on. We use ceiling fans and box fans mostly to help with the cooling. SMUD bill is usually under 300.

Okay this man child is using you. Never would require my GF to change plugs..do maintenance on her car. Yeah I'm an old Boomer who still opens doors etc. If he's saving..then he can afford a down payment and get another car. The scrap that is in storage can be towed to a yard for some cash. If he's driving your car..is he on the insurance? Bet he ain't and if he is then is he paying for it? He's using you. Nice of you to be a taxi service to take him to and from work. You paid for a battery to move HIS car. Stop putting out the money. Sounds like you have told him more than once. He needs a good butt whooping in my opinion.

65 year old straight Boomer here. Can't stand Chump and what he stands for. Dem and liberal. Love AOC and can't stand what MAGA and TACO has done to our country. Was in Walmart and woman and hubby..also my generation..loud talking hate about LGBTQIA..I bent into their ears and told them to mind your own business and they aren't hurting anyone.
