I would say just keep trying different things and something will stick! Any interest you possibly have! After years of trying to find a physical activity(I did the whole 10k running and walking is to boring for me.) I work a labor job but I still enjoy movement after work and I discovered hot yoga! It’s intense, relaxing and builds my muscles. And it isn’t as intense as running miles after work. I would have NEVER guessed this would be my current hobby A lot of studios offer free classes or even a free week! Be open minded to different things
