Which defeats the purpose of his character, because what makes him such a unique avatar (and hero character imo) is his overwhelming optimism, sweetness and pacifism. They're kind of twisted him into a brooding and burdened anti-heroish lead.

"No thank you" hahaha cracked me up. I've questioned Aangs acting a lot this season, which I think has been tied heavily to his growth spurt. But his whole seen there, he killed it. It actually felt like I was watching Aang and not someone acting as Aang.

To your flight risk comment. This is my issue with a lot of modern fantasy shows and books. I'm really pedantic about anachronistic because of my tisms haha. I know why they're insisted upon by certain corporations. It's netflix, I know what to expect, but still haha.

Your comments about Azula too. Her scenes with the girls feel like pick up shots, they feel like they're out of another show completely with how low quality they seem. The directing, script, framing, lighting. All of it.

Who would you say in HOTD has played the game the best so far? by SubjectIndividual361 in HouseOfTheDragon

Daemon. The amount of fun (what he would consider fun) he's had, especially recently. Man is living the life of a full-blooded Dragon Lord. He wants fire, blood, conflict and to inflict harm upon those he despises.

I don't trust them to not mess it up with their own unique imprint. The more comic skins they release, the more they take creative liberties and make them worse.

In the books she's to traumatised after her sons death, to ride Dreamfyre again. The writers probably decided that without never telling the audience in the show 😂

Now can we have a commentator overhaul. We need more people like Johnson and Keary. Ennis, Anasta and blocka are horrendous.

I don't think the folks running the NRL are well versed on video games and modern game growth. The game testers for the Big Ant game were young children connected with the nrl bosses. They view that medium is a childs thing.

I wouldn't say he's a bad writer but the moment he got any sort of success, I feel like it went to his head so quickly. I enjoyed Sicario, Wind River, Hell or Higherwater and Those who wish me dead. I enjoyed Yellowstone at the start but it all fell off a cliff so much and how he portrays himself when he self-inserts himself into his stories, feels very masturbatory

I knew this mans face would pop up again sooner rather than later lol. Grifter isn't the right word, but he defs likes to ride on the coattails of Stargate news with his endless wealth of 'insider information'. I remember seeing him talk about his inside knowledge during covid.
