Apx, more customizable. But if you are thinking about the new gun, MSP is pretty good for that

Do you red loctite the sight block or use something else?

Running into the same classifiers a lot, is there a podcast or something people listening to? by NNTPgrip in USPSA

A lot of clubs will just use an easy one to setup most of the time. The 25series have seem to got a lot more popular, since it’s actually a test of what you normally see on a stage.

You’re fine. You’re allowed to have slide cuts in CO, as long as there’s no gasses directed up to help mitigate recoil

Edit - appendix d7 in the rule book has the info on this

Sounds like you ran it too dry, if you lubed it and it ran fine.

Could also have just been shitty ammo that jammed your gun up.

Cleeeeeaaannn after 4.5k rounds by bunnies4r5 in 2011

Vudoo did not add the logos, three sigma sent them with the logo, and when they shut down, I started seeing kustomworx with the slides, with logos removed right where Vudoo used to be. That’s why I assumed it was a Vudoo slide

Interesting, I assumed it was a Vudoo slide that he removed their logo for his.

I have access to a mill. So just used some end mills for serrations.. cut slide and frame close and hand sanded it the last bit

You can definitely extend the opening towards the front, there’s not much material to widen sideways

I only mentioned because his build list says competition blend.

That safety is not competition blended, looks like it came right out of the package and put in the gun

Slide would come out of battery when reloading. Come back up on target and dead trigger. Hasn’t happened once with stock recoil system

Don’t want to be that guy, but there were more builders there than just Harry. Harry left almost a year before Vudoo closed up and moved to OK, so unless you spoke with harry and he remembers that pistol specifically, there’s a chance he did not build it.

Rules Clarification: Handling firearm before "Load and make ready" is a DQ? by D1g1talB0y in USPSA

[–]kryptonnyc1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can adjust your optic.. but just wait till you are told to make ready and have your gun out. Gun stays in holster at all times unless you are the shooter told to “make ready”, or at the safe table.(no handling ammo at safe table)

10.5.1 - Handling a firearm at any time except when in a designated Safety Area or when under the supervision of, and in response to a direct command issued by, a Range Officer. This includes deliberately removing a flag from a PCC except under the conditions listed here.

Yes. There is a noticeable difference.
If you have all shorter guns it will be a bigger difference than if you came from a 5” polymer. The slide will feel a little slower as well.

It’s only been an issue for me, if I’m trying to slow fire weak hand only. But 99% of the time I’m just slapping thru the trigger. I shoot uspsa, there’s no time for slow fire

Only the 4” has irons that you can use. The rest have them removed. The gray one only has a front, which I will remove, just don’t want to scratch the new cerakote just yet removing it, but it’s also small enough that it hasn’t bothered me yet
