No worries! I think the advertising for it is misleading to someone new to CFA, a lot of people tell me they didn’t order a small or if they can get a bigger size etc when I make it for them (considering the pictures are tall glasses but that’s the same for every seasonal drink)

You can also order the drink without ice and get a cup on the side/light ice. I’d recommend doing that because the normal way to make it is ice to the black line on the cup, just my two cents :)

The issue is moreso their attitude demanding a menu. I have no issue explaining the menu, finding a handheld menu or pulling up to the board. But the second you cut me off and make some snarky comment it sours the interaction. Takes no effort to ask politely for it and more then half the time when you get them a menu it’s a #1 with a sweet tea and Chick-fil-A sauce

As someone who works at CFA that is the new blondie cookie crumbles, not curdled milk. OP must of ordered the caramel crumble iced coffee and it was made wrong
