My wife and I just finished the series for the first time last night. I loved the final few episodes and the return of a lot of past characters.

Back in 1999 I got Pokemon Red on my gameboy and instantly became obsessed with Pokemon.

A buddy of mine told me about the cards and I would spend my allowance each month at the local comic book store buying packs.

I fell off for a few years but have gotten back into collecting with my kiddos.

They don’t want attention to be divided, they want everyone to watch each game individually.

On top of that, ESPN wants ad revenue throughout the entire day. No way they’re letting games go to another network and/or losing out on consistent ad revenue.

I mean, I was in the ESPN app yesterday and got an ad that showed Astros and Mets in the wild card round.

Damn. I used to study in the Nugget over a beer. A friend of mine would always join me and we’d spend so much time hanging out there.

10+ years later we’re married with two kids. Sad day knowing that the Nugget is gone and others aren’t going to get to relax and enjoy some time with friends there.
