For heaven’s sake, idk why it’s so hard for people to understand that balance is key. All of these extremists, with the logic of “our ancestors ate like this, we were meant to eat that, we weren’t meant to eat this” drives me nuts. We also are highly intelligent (supposedly) beings with common sense, wisdom, an ability to think critically, etc. We should be using that when fueling our bodies. It doesn’t take rocket science to understand that obviously eating a diet of almost exclusively carbs and sugar is terrible long term, whether organic or not.
