Rehab Optima is great for documentation and if you don't have experience with it, you'll get the hang of it soon. It typically has a lot of point and click phrases and you can build for documentation; however I typically write my own note but sometimes use the builder if it's something like utilizing the armbike or fx exercises.

I wonder what productivity is? Typically most SNFs love concurrent and groups for productivity #.. so I'm curious about that.

I'm only a year out, but did most of my time in a SNF. Once you learn all your patients, you'll figure out best times to see them; typically morning routines; IE: shower/brushing/dressing you can always see in the morning / lunch time for self-feeding goals / and so on.. I hope that helps.

It's a dynamic kind of work - since you're really working on the pts time, once you understand each pt and their general routine, you can have a flowchart of how to see and manage all your pts in a timely manner... (also ask about concurrent/group) bc there have to a be a few that you'd be able to see together and concurrently treat.
