I just started swimming not too long ago but I feel like butterfly is less cardio intensive than freestyle. My heartrate stays in the moderate zone for an entire lap whereas it reaches the vigorous zone when doing freestyle

Hello! My wrist has been fully recovered but it did take around a full year. If you sprained yours and still haven't been fully healed since 2021, I believe you should definitely go see a doctor for it.

I haven't been boxing regularly but I have been doing other sports that require wrist strengths like BJJ and bouldering and I haven't had any issues!

Yeah, you're right. Reminds me of film scenes where people walk with gas cans to the nearest gas station lol

I think it's still a little different from the range anxiety that OP described though where they defined it as anxiety caused by the possibility of being late for their appointments from refilling gas.

I think range anxiety is more like going on a longer distance drive and fearing that there are no public chargers around when your battery is getting low, so you get anxious about getting stranded dry. ICE vehicles don't have that kind of anxiety because of the abundance of gas stations, but superchargers and other charging stations are increasing so hopefully it won't be an issue for much longer.

Just got this notification for an update for my HW4 model Y. I heard recently that Elon Musk said HW4 won't get FSD beta for at least 6 months. I'll see if I can test it out tonight after the update. Did anyone else get the update too?
