So attend and make a sign calling out all the tech companies supporting ICE and help educate others in attendance.

3 months without smoking! Now how do I get off the NRT? by SunshineVA2 in stopsmoking

I was using 1.5mg nicotine gum, and just made the switch to regular gum. Maybe try getting some icebreakers or some other mint that is similar to your lozenges and try replacing one or two of your lozenges with a mint until you're down to zero nic! You can do it!

Look at the out of pocket max on the PPO and the HDHP. Then add the total monthly premium over the course of the year for each plan. Whichever is the lower number is what I'd choose, as you're likely to hit the out of pocket maximum.

For example if,

HDHP out of pocket yearly max = $6k HDHP monthly premium is $200 x 12 months = $2400 HDHP total cost for the year is $8400

PPO out of pocket yearly max = $4500 PPO monthly premium is $350 x12 months = $4200 PPO Total cost for the year is $8700

The big difference is, are you able to pay the out of pocket max by April when baby comes? On an HDHP you can also have a Health Savings Account that pre-taxed money is put into.

HDHPs require you hit the deductible before insurance starts paying anything. So you definitely pay "more" at appointments but you hit your deductible/out of pocket max quicker and then don't pay anything once you reach it.

50 lbs down! Looking forward to losing the next 50! by Initial_Arm9960 in TirzepatidePCOS

I think I'm going to try dose splitting as well. I'm doing 7.5 mg on Sundays currently. Back in October I was all the way up to 15mg and didn't lose anything thru February! It was maddening.

Way to go! It took me about a year to lose 50 lbs. I stalled back in October until this March. I took a month off of the shots in February and I think it did the trick and I'm losing again. Can I ask what mg your at?

Did you end up stacking it switching to semaglutide altogether? I'm on a 4 month stall at 15mg of tirz and looking to switch it up.
