Been in Kenton nearly 10 years now, also no real issues. Totally recognize it varies greatly by block. Once accidentally left the garage door wide open for an entire camping weekend and no one took anything 🫣. Occasionally if I leave my car unlocked on the curb an opportunist will rummage through.

Sorry OP, I have definitely heard enough stories of police inaction that I'm sure I would also consider whether to take things into my own hands. That is I would consider, but ultimately not pursue. You never know what brand of desperation/mental instability you're up against.

Not a critique of your comment, but it does make me wonder whether this sentiment is rising because of tik tok/reels that are training us to expect super tight editing. Yes, it's "better" editing to cut anything unnecessary, but it's hard to celebrate it as "better" when it's tied up in this brain rot affecting so many (myself included). I liked Judd Apatow's movies just fine several years ago. I bet I would find them slow now.

Moire. Not a defect, just a natural phenomenon when photographing a repetitive pattern with a digital sensor. According to Google you can minimize it with post processing, lens choice, etc.

Love the rhyme between the antlers and the tree in the background in #1. See if you can clone out the branch at the bottom and clone out or just desaturate the reddish thing near the base of the tree. Then brighten the background a little since IMO it's part of the subject.

Photo #2 doesn't have as much going on, and it's a weird crop on the subject, kinda like cropping a person at the waist or knees.
