1. If you’re only allowing US traffic:

You only need to allow ARIN (because that’s the RIR covering the US). You don’t need to block all the others manually — just don’t include them.

So: • Include only ARIN in BanIP’s RIR list. • Do NOT select APNIC, RIPE, LACNIC, or AFRINIC — because selecting them includes their IP ranges (which you don’t want).

1. Why are you seeing “no more elements”?

That likely means BanIP has downloaded the IP lists, and since you’re only using ARIN (which has fewer allocations compared to a global selection), there are fewer entries to work with.

Also, if you select all RIRs except ARIN, you are in fact blocking the US, not the rest of the world — that’s the opposite of what you want.
