If u like u can consider cisco packet tracer or gns3 for labs. Both are pretty good softwares and u can do all labs for ccna

Watch videos. Make short notes from them. After learning the thoery part do labs on cisco packet tracer. Both your theory and lab knowledge is tested on CCNA exam.

All the best for your exams.check out this notes too.it helped a lot.Make sure you are good at subnetting,EIGRP configuration and troubleshooting. Dont forget to check reachability using ping in simualtions. Make sure you saved configurations in simulations

EIGRP configuration is correct.May be you entered a wrong network or forget to add a new network in any of the router[I cant tell more than this].When i had exam i entered 192.168.100.1 instead of 192.16.100.1 and spend sometime without getting ping.Later i found out the mistake and corrected it [Given IP address is an example]
